Laura sold me my current home in Carefree. In the process she demonstrated considerable knowledge about the local real estate marketplace, and took great care in the closing process. In short, she made the transaction quite pleasant. I was impressed enough with her talents that I then listed my previous home with her. She did an excellent job of pricing the property and then made sure it got good exposure through the internet and open houses. Laura is aggressive and very tenacious and I found her to be a good communicator. I was always kept abreast of comments made by "lookers" after each open house. To sum up, I would hire Laura again should I decide to purchase another home in the area.
